Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties:
- Traveling to the client’s home to implement 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and enter data through our electronic system.
- Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
