Our PRO ABA division offers IBHS services to children and youth ages 3-21 with Autism and behavioral health diagnoses in homes, schools, and clinics. PRO ABA is looking for Behavior Consultants (BCBA is a plus) to provide services near Archbald, PA.

Job details:
- Full-time or part-time hours
- Services are provided in home, school, and community settings
Behavior Consultants will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the connection with client families.
- Completing skills and behavior assessments.
- Creating and implementing individual treatment plans.
- Supervising and conducting hands-on training of the Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborating with other therapies and service providers.
- Completing documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing.

Qualifications required:
- PA Behavior Specialist License with a minimum of 12 credit-hours of ABA coursework
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred
- A minimum of one-year experience with the implementation of ABA treatment plans and data collection and analysis
- Current clearances (within 12 months)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Safety-Care certification is a plus
