Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is seeking candidates for a Beach Operations Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to enforcing policies and procedures, which ensure efficient and effective operation of the private beach facilities including personnel management and training.

- Prepare work schedules for employees, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Conduct ongoing training with all staff, including weekly departmental meetings.
- Monitor and review staff performance in all phases of service and job functions, ensuring that all procedures are carried out to departmental standards.
- Promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
- Ensure high quality of cleanliness and maintenance for all physical facilities and equipment.
- Oversee membership and guest pass policy adherence.
- Communicate daily with Director of Fun and other members of the Activities management team about day-to-day operations of Bayside Pool and Beach.
- Assists the Director of Fun with the planning and delivery of high-quality recreation events and activities at the pools and beach.
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features, local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry.
- Resolve guest complaints assuring satisfactory resolution and appropriate corrective action steps.
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
- Observe and enforce all rules, regulations and procedures.
- Must maintain high level of safety standards throughout all activities.
- Must understand emergency care management and response system and communicate all pertinent information to any necessary responders,
- Must have basic knowledge of first-aid and minor emergency care; ability to communicate calmly and clearly any and all pertinent information required in emergency response
