- Top priority- answer phones and internet requests in a timely but professional manner to assist with vehicle information, prices, and availability.
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with sales team.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow up with sales leads.
- Generate repeat sales by calling previous customers.
- Previous sales setting or call center experience– Preferred.
- Basic computer skills with ability to type proficiently and ease navigating new systems.
- Excel knowledge.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Professional and courteous phone voice as well as professional appearance.
- Stellar follow-up ability.
- Ability to handle high call volume while providing superior service.
- Strong attendance record, punctuality, and great work ethic!
