Greenway Distributors is looking to hire an individual to join our team and support our sales team. This position requires an individual who is willing and capable to work on the phone setting appointments, via both inbound and outbound calls, for our outside sales staff. We represent different in-home sales companies across the US that require preset and qualified leads. Ultimately, you will be working directly with customers.
All training for this position will be provided.
Responsibilities
-field basic questions and concerns about the product and services
-schedule appointments with the prospective client and a sales representative
-keep a detailed log of calls, including those who didn't answer
-attempt to contact prospective clients who you have not been able to contact
Requirements and Skills:
-excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-top-notch phone etiquette
- professional and courteous disposition
- upbeat, high energy personality
- computer skills (basic typing, knowledge) we will provide database training
