Cedar Mountain Post Acute is now hiring LVNs for Per Diem AM and PM SHIFTS. We are a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Yucaipa. We pride ourselves in having a safe work environment and giving our staff opportunities to grow with our company.
SHIFT TIME: AM 7am-7PM, 7pm-7AM
JOB DUTIES: complete assessments with patients, Med Pass, document daily, inform MD of Change of Condition, etc.
