Appointment Setter - Canvasser / Door-to-Door - Franklin, TN

We are hiring 2 EXPERIENCED canvassers in the Middle TN area. There is NO SELLING involved. This position is a client-facing role with a quota focused on several appointments scheduled and lead generation. This job is best suited to people who are used to the work style involved in political canvassing, Energy Deregulation, DirecTV/ADT/etc.

Individuals in this position will work closely with our Sales Representatives by creating a warm introduction and coordinating complimentary inspections/quotes for potential customers within their assigned territories. This includes door knocking in assigned neighborhoods, encouraging individuals to schedule a complimentary inspection/quote with one of our storm damage experts, gathering and documenting the information in our CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time pay plus benefits

License/Certification: Driver's License

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
