MobilityWorks is seeking a Client Care Center Representative. As a BDC Mobility Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting all 100 MobilityWorks locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls and inquiries from potential customers interested in adaptive vehicles and mobility solutions.
Educating clients about the range of products and services offered by MobilityWorks to meet their unique needs.
Scheduling appointments for clients to visit our locations for personalized assessments and consultations.
Collaborating with local MobilityWorks teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
What you should possess:
At least 2-3 years of rental experience preferred. Familiarity in an automotive call center is not required, but helpful.
Highly effective communication skills with a compelling phone presence.
Strong customer service mentality.
Proficient with Customer Relationship Management software and integrated phone systems.
