UNCOVER THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS CASE MANAGEMENT ROLE
Schedule:
Your schedule will be from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional evening cases going to 7:00 pm. You'll typically work with 2-3 kids between 8 am and 12 pm, 2-3 kids between 12 pm and 4 pm, and 1-3 kids between 5 pm and 7 pm.
Your Day:
As a BCBA - Case Manager, you'll lead our team in providing specialized ABA services for children with autism. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and overseeing program management. You'll mentor therapists, provide parent training, and ensure ongoing case management. Your hands-on training sessions will empower therapists, and your dedication will contribute to reducing problem behaviors.
