Bartender/Server

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable about different types of drinks, and possess strong multitasking abilities.

### Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations if needed
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences (Bartender)

- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

### Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender/ Server or in a similar role is PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with operating a cash register or point-of-sale system is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation: Hourly Plus Tips

Pay: From $18.07 per hour
