Salary```Duties``` - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and process payments through the POS system or cash register - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales ```Experience``` - Previous experience as a bartender in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred - Knowledge of basic math skills for calculating bills and making change - Familiarity with brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse clientele - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities.
