Bartender/Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Process customer payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient bar operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or inquiries promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to perform basic retail math calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
