High volume and fast-paced bar & restaurant!
The bar is an engine, and a bartender is the engineer. The bartender is a lot of things to different people, serving as a basic source of information. The bar being a shared space, the bartender must be intuitive and observant.
We are seeking individuals with enthusiasm, ability to build classic and innovative cocktails, shake & stir, smile and make people happy!
Weekend availability is required. Open availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly and promptly prepare, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our guests according to company specifications.
- Keep the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service.
- Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed by greeting them in a warm and genuine way.
- Be consistent in providing attentive service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Help guests be aware of and choose menu items, take orders and process payments.
- Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage menus and their ingredients.
- Handling cash accurately.
- Processing credit cards.
- Using Toast software.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
