Bartender/Server

```Duties```
- Pour and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Food handling: Knowledge of safe food handling practices to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Hospitality: Ability to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.
- Help: Willingness to assist customers with their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for accurate billing and making change.
- Food service: Experience in serving food alongside beverages, if required.
- Catering: Knowledge of catering services, if applicable.
- Cash handling: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Math: Proficiency in mathematical calculations for accurate billing, inventory management, and measuring ingredients.
- Sales: Ability to upsell drinks or promote specials to increase sales.
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
