```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Be able to cook food from a small menu as well as help create a daily special
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with supplies and ingredients
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality, bartending techniques, and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong math skills for accurately calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices in the food industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management purposes
- Time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
