Bartender/Server

Bellas Table will be opening in Jan 2024 at the amiable Village Center in Bella Vista. We are looking forward to introducing casual family friendly Italian dining to the neighborhood. With that, we are looking to build a team full of strong service professionals to grow with us.

You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite, friendly, humble attitude with willingness to learn and grow.. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience.

```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and respond to any issues or concerns
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is an advantage
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
