Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure they are not intoxicated or disruptive
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, banquet, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
- Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Excellent sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and coworkers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper food handling procedures
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
