Bartender and Server

Dolls Tavern is looking for bartenders with a strong team orientation, outgoing and friendly personalities, a passion for great drinks, and a commitment to excellence to join our team. The ideal candidate would be able to work in a fast paced environment with exceptional customer service skills and has had previous bartender/server experience. We are looking for people that:

- Independent ability to work alone or with another bartender

-Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
-Ability to approach stressful scenarios in a calm and efficient manner
-Have comprehensive knowledge of service standards, guest relations, customer satisfaction, and proper etiquette
-Must have energetic, positive and friendly personality
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Dolls Tavern- 2710 Roosevelt Rd Kenosha WI

Position includes serving alcoholic beverages to patrons, handling cash, opening and closing the establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Take drink orders from customers and deliver beverages to tables.
• Maintain a clean workplace and comply with all health regulations.
• Manage inventory and prepare drink orders for customers.
• Calculate drink prices.
• Perform opening, closing, and cleanup duties.
• Wait on tables and keep track of customer tabs.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers through the course of the workday.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $25.00 per hour
