Seeking competent Fine Dining Servers experienced in maintaining a large-volume, high-standards, full-service restaurant.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Servers will work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner and according to Fine Dining standards.
- Servers work closely with other wait staff and the kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently. Servers are expected to answer questions regarding the menu. Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions, etc.
- Servers are responsible for knowing how to properly present, open, and pour wine at the table-side.
- Obtain revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; delivering bill and payment to host; returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons
- By providing exceptional service, servers will promote dedication from customers and have an opportunity to build their own business.
- Servers will deal with any complaints or problems with a positive attitude, seeking resolution and getting management if required.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Servers will also be responsible to perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by management, fill in for absent staff as needed, and assist with special events as needed and assigned by management.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently including a professional suit or dress black pants or slacks (not of casual appearance) and matching jacket.

- Proven full-service restaurant serving experience
