Must be able to work various shifts including on Saturdays and Sundays until 3:30pm! Consistent weekend availability, both Saturdays and Sundays, is a requirement for this position.

We are looking for a FULL TIME experienced Barista / Server Assistant to join our team at Naked Cafe! Barista experience is required, as well as the ability to train at our Solana Beach location for a minimum of two weeks. Food runner experience and the ability to create latte art, POS knowledge, and full service restaurant experience are preferred to be considered for this role!

Our ideal candidate moves with a strong sense of urgency, has the ability to multitask, and is extremely efficient. You must be able to work at a very fast pace, while offering exceptional customer service.

Job responsibilities include creating espresso drinks, educating customers on our drink menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, facilitating takeout orders, up-selling special items, food running, bussing tables, assisting servers, and more. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an amazing drinking experience for our guests.

We are open 7:30am - 2:30pm every day.

Pay is $16 per hourPLUS great cash tips every shift!!
