Barge M&R Admin Assistant

• Create PRs/POs
• Manage Invoices from suppliers
• Receive goods/supplies
• Assist with all associated admin duties, including but not limited to
  • All office supply inventory management
  • Assisting with contractors doing office work or maintenance
  • Assist in filing all relevant documents or paperwork
• Assist with outfall logs and documents
• Routinely send reports/information to others as needed
• Manage all incoming call inquiries
• Track contractor time, fill out time sheets and send to vendors as needed
• Assist in Collecting quotes for supplies and or projects as needed
• Manage and perform all payroll duties for associated colleagues
• Perform billing functions for multiple locations
• Reconcile Inventory at NOSY
• Assist with Open/Close Work Orders
• Perform or assist with all associated End Of Month Tasks including but limited to multiple accounting functions
• Other duties as assigned
