- Create PRs/POs
- Manage Invoices from suppliers
- Receive goods/supplies
- Assist with all associated admin duties, including but not limited to
- All office supply inventory management
- Assisting with contractors doing office work or maintenance
- Assist in filing all relevant documents or paperwork
- Assist with outfall logs and documents
- Routinely send reports/information to others as needed
- Manage all incoming call inquiries
- Track contractor time, fill out time sheets and send to vendors as needed
- Assist in Collecting quotes for supplies and or projects as needed
- Manage and perform all payroll duties for associated colleagues
- Perform billing functions for multiple locations
- Reconcile Inventory at NOSY
- Assist with Open/Close Work Orders
- Perform or assist with all associated End Of Month Tasks including but limited to multiple accounting functions
- Other duties as assigned
