• We follow a hybrid pay structure. Highest guaranteed minimum hourly wages in the Industry along with a variable pay(Commission pay) based on the service revenue. That will make the effective hourly rate go up to $27(without tips) even on day one.

What we are looking for:

• Great Personality.
• Punctual & Reliable.
• Valid Cosmetology/Barber License.
• Minimum of 2 years men's hair experience.
• Able to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
