**The Total Average Hourly Compensation includes hourly base, discretionary tips, and bonus pay
Requirements:
- Valid State of Texas Cosmetologist or Barber License
- Superior client service and communication skills
- At least one year of salon or Barbershop experience
- Men's cutting experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends with Mondays and Wednesdays off.
- Full and closing shifts needed
- Full-time and Part-time positions available
