Hop Haus Berlin is looking for a positive & enthusiastic Bartender/Bar Manager to work with the General Manager to ensure an excellent guest dining experience. Responsible for training and elevating staff knowledge in proper serving and FOH techniques and etiquette as well as an extensive knowledge of cocktails and beer.

Responsibilities
- Follow training procedures and guidelines and work with the General Manager to maintain proper service guidelines.
- Maintain proper sanitation standards; confirm that all commodities are labeled/dated and stored correctly on a daily basis.
- Develop and cultivate positive peer and vendor relationships.
- Support a culture of enthusiasm, teamwork, and superior service among both front of house & back of house.
- The ability to swiftly & politely deal with issues that may arise with guest complaints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Toast POS or ability to learn the systems.
- Work weeks will be a culmination of bartender and MOD shifts.
- Weekly inventories submitted to the General Manager.
- Daily walk through of the building to ensure cleanliness & productivity.
- Check ins with the kitchen at multiple points of the day.
Skills
- Resume and proven relevant working experience.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks as well as craft beer.
- Computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong supervisory & leadership skills.
- Ability to properly organize daily routines as well as handling situations in a professional manner.
- Relevant training certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
