- Serving coursed meals for seated meal service and attending to buffet and action stations
- Setting up, breaking down and cleaning banquet event and conference spaces
- Anticipate customer requests and provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Keeping event spaces and back of house spaces clean and tidy at all times
- Adhering to food safety procedures and TIPS procedures
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Maintain a neat and well groomed appearance
- Possess excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Ability to read and apply information from a Banquet Event Order
- Standing and walking for 8 hours will be required
- No serving experience necessary but is preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs to include serving trays.
- Candidates should have a flexible schedule for nights, weekends & holidays.
- Applicants must be of at least 18 years of age and be reliable for scheduled shifts
