Banquet Server

We are seeking reliable and experienced Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests during banquets, parties, meetings, and other special events. Your attention to detail and ability to deliver outstanding guest service will contribute to the success of our events.

Duties:
- Set up banquet tables, linens, and decorations according to event specifications
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly and accurately
- Serve plated meals or buffet-style service with professionalism and efficiency
- Clear tables and clean up after events
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and hospitable manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth event operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or banquet service is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive guest experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in catering or hospitality industry is an asset

The Turn House pays Banquet Servers a straight hourly rate of $18-20/hour and are eligible for occasional "extra" gratuity left by the event's host.
