Duties:
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to the event specifications
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure all guests' needs are met during the event
- Clear tables and clean up after the event
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment
- Bartending or coffee-making skills are a plus
