Banquet Captain Job Responsibilities:
Direct Liaison from Maitre D' to Event Staff
Oversee Social and Corporate Events
Manage a staff of 7-20 persons
Train Staff on proper service, menu ordering, setups and break downs of event spaces
Interact with Host and guests in a professional manner that exemplifies Crescent Beach Club
Continuously monitor tasks and objectives in which there staff are carrying out
Coordinate & Communicate timing of events from FOH to BOH staff members
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail, Level Headed, Problem Solver and a Can Do Attitude!
2-3 years experience in banquets is a must
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
