In this role, you will be responsible for supporting inbound contacts from current and prospective Banking Customers. Through these engagements, you will create detailed documentation to ensure inquiries are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone calls from lending customers regarding questions and issues on their loans (e.g. payment information, online support, payment options, document questions)
- Be an advocate for our customers, supporting all requests for research, documentation and coordinating positive outcomes by partnering with internal business groups
- Cross-sell basic products and services
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- MUST HAVE 2+ years of contact center experience and/or comparable Banking experience
- A passion for Customer Service with excellent communication and program solving skills
- Strong technical knowledge and adapt in navigating multiple programs and applications simultaneously
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
- A proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Ability and willingness to work the varying shifts including evenings and weekends
Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 / Bilingual Spanish Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 (based on experience)
Training: Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5pm EST for 3 weeks
Post Training Shifts: The Call Center is open 7 days a week - Shifts are between the hours of 8am-10pm EST (Monday-Friday) and 8am-5pm EST (Saturday and Sunday)
