The primary role of the Customer Care Specialist is to guarantee satisfaction and deliver expert support to both licensed nail professionals and retail clients. They serve as advocates, collaborating with internal teams to meet and understand the technical needs of clients. Additionally, they aid in recognizing opportunities for upselling, offer education, manage client inquiries and issues, gather and analyze data, and enhance the overall customer experience.

SUMMARY:
SHIFT:
- Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
PAY:
- $21.00 / hour.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Customer Service skill set
- Excellent communicator (both written and spoken)
- 2 years of prior Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of online shopping and eCommerce
- Experienced and comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Empathetic and accountable
- Confident and outgoing
- Able to find creative solutions to the customer's problems
- Must be dependable, reliable, and have a great work ethic
JOB DUTIES:
- Communicates with customers, addresses customer concerns, and finds creative solutions to meet the customer's needs
- Answers telephone and emails and provide information over the phone or via email.
- Works to meet the client’s expectations through superior Customer Service.
- Learns about the company's products and shares this knowledge with the customers.
- Tracks customer conversations in the company systems.
