Awaken Bake Company in Hudson, Ohio is looking for experienced part time help for production and closing procedures. Looking to find someone to fill shifts: Thursday 1PM-6:30PM. Saturday 11AM - 4:30PM, and Sunday 10AM-2:30PM. If you can fill these three shifts please email resume to or stop in 85 South Main Street Hudson Ohio.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bakery Assistant to join our team. As a Bakery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the production and preparation of bakery items. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about baking and want to gain experience in a professional bakery setting.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist with the preparation and production of bakery items such as bread, pastries, pizza and cookies
- Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
- Mix ingredients according to recipes and instructions
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
