Assistant Manager:

• Assist Bakery Manager in:

o Responding promptly to bakery emails

o Checking CareerPlug and scheduling interviews

o Ensuring that all equipment is maintained and repaired when necessary o Developing Shift Lead skills

o Setting ordering and baking pars o Making the baking plan for the day/week

o Planning and executing in-bakery events (Bakery Birthdays, Promotional Events, Holidays, etc.)

o Contacting vendors when items received are damaged, expired, or missing o Ensure transferred product is properly tracked and replenished

• Attend Community / Chamber events when necessary
