```Experience```
- Previous experience in food production or baking is preferred
- Knowledge of pastry techniques and baking principles
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Customer service skills for interacting with customers and taking special orders

- Food production: Ability to produce high-quality baked goods in a timely manner
- Pastry: Knowledge of pastry techniques including dough preparation, shaping, and decorating
- Kitchen: Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking
