Requirements:
· Exceptional/fast/accurate data entry skills.
· Must be organized and detail orientated.
· Experience with SAP a big plus.
· Must be able to accurately enter information into a data-based system.
· Strong verbal and written skills.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Self-motivated, takes initiative and driven.
· Will be processing service tickets into the company data base.
· Closing tickets and forwarding invoices to Payable department for processing.
· Steady work history.
· Able to understand priorities .
Position Overview
· Will be working in a quiet, cubical team environment.
· Processing internal data accurately at a fast pace.
· Must be able to prioritize and stay motivated.
· Processing of (ESP) closures and invoicing.
· Weekly ticket/work order closure very high volume.
