- Safe Daily Critical's are executed three times daily, Food Safety Walk-through is completed and evaluated daily
- AHA hold time performance is in top 20% of chain
- Food Waste- < .50 positive gap and < .5 net
- Scheduling- productivity meets or exceeds monthly goal
