Casey's Autobody is looking for a bright, outgoing person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Many of our customers are calling during a time of stress (collision accident or other unexpected incident involving their vehicle). It is our job to make them feel at ease. This position will be the first point of contact for our customers. Duties as followed or needed:
- Greets all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and directs all phone traffic in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner.
- Explain Alioto’s repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and expected delivery date of repair.
- Educate customers on CSI survey (kept informed, Customer Service, quality of repair and on-time delivery).
- Heavy phone, multiple lines.
- Schedule and record appraisal and delivery appointments.
- Collect and record payment for completed repairs; may perform some A/R.
- File repair order paperwork accurately or record in management system.
- Maintain the front office and customer reception areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience using CCC One a plus.
Experience:

- auto body shop: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
