ExpressPoint has an opening for a Marketing Specialist. This position will support the company objectives and financial goals for ExpressPoint by developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and leverages marketing expertise to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, engaging with our audience and monitoring social media trends and conversations.
- SEO and SEM: Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Branding: Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing them with the necessary marketing materials and support.
- Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years marketing experience
- Proven track record in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Suite)
