Caregiver Specialist (2Nd Shift)

Harvest Home Assisted Living is a private owned facility. We are looking for caring, dedicated individuals that are truly there for the residents. We view our caregivers as professionals,; we respect them and have expectations that help our employees feel valued. Our caregiver job title is actually called a Certified Care Specialist for this very reason. The certified care specialist (CCS) will be trained in all matters of giving care to the residents according to the state and federal requirements for community based residential facilities (CBRFs). The CCS will provide assistance to the residents in their daily activities of living, based on the resident’s need and individual service plan(ISP) as well as

RESPONSIBILITIES

assistance with medications, social and recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks as needed. The CCS is to be respectful of the resident, family and visitors. The CCS is also to establish a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all of the residents at Harvest Home throughout the scheduled shift, carrying out all daily tasks in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 35 per week
