Form of workThe engineer will be proficient at understanding data stored in various data systems while translating data in raw storage to views/tables and useful models for reporting by the Power BI Development team.
Position Requirements:
3 years working with the Extract Transfer Load (ETL) as it relates to the Power BI enterprise PaaS.
3 years of experience with Azure Data Lake, Logic Apps, Integration Run-time Services, Synapse, and other services related to the Azure Data Analytics Platform (ADAP).
1-3 years experience with Microsoft SQL database maintenance, structure, and queries.
Create custom data extracts and assist development with modeling and reports.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot data element or process issues.
Work with stakeholders understand data needs and evaluate requirements for data ingestion.
Estimate, track, and communicate status of assigned items to the Enterprise Data & Analytics team.
Ensure data security at all areas within the ADAP environment.
