TalentFish is casting a line for a Digital Application Developer. This direct hire role is hybrid in Iowa (Cedar Rapids OR Des Moines), Illinois, or Louisiana

What You'll Do, Overview.
This is an exciting opportunity with our premier client! The Digital Developer will design, code, and test functional web applications and integration programs, working both as part of the team and individually. This includes researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle.
What You Bring to the Role.

• 5 - 10+ years as a Digital Developer with Azure experience.
• Recent experience with Azure, must be within 1 year!
• Experience with Azure Cloud services. App services, Service Bus with Queues and Topics, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Services, etc.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, GIT, ASP.Net, SQL Server, .Net Framework.
• Experience with C#, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
• Experience with frontend, backend, system integration, file trading, or web services development.
• Experience with data storage concepts SQL, relational DB, other file formats (XML, JSON, etc.).
• Familiarity with project development life cycle.
• Understanding of Dependency Injection.
• Understanding of latest version of .net.
• Understanding of DevOps.
• Experience with testing tools and their use.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance processing and terminology (preferred).
• Effective collaborator, able to evaluate technical solutions against objective requirements and develop consensus as a team rather than leaning to individual preference or organizational authority.
