We at The Structures Company have an opportunity for you as an Avionics Test Engineer
This is an Onsite role for 1st shift with optional one day a week to work from home
Responsibilities
- Develop hardware-in-the-loop test equipment
- Troubleshoot test failures
- Support testing of Avionics systems and components across hardware and software
- Write test plans and procedures
- Document design issues and work with engineering teams to resolve
Basic Qualifications
Must have a B.Sc. Engineering degree from an accredited university
Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience developing HWIL test benches
- Strong ability to troubleshoot custom test benches
- Experience documenting wiring schematics
- LabVIEW development
- Experience with National Instruments test hardware
- Experience writing test documents
*LabVIEW is a hard requirement
Professional Requirements:
- 2 or more years of relevant testing experience in aerospace or similar field
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Experience with embedded system hardware and software
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and written communication skills
