ESG Systems LLC is a Commercial AV Systems Integration firm located in Allentown, PA. ESG is currently looking to add an experienced installer to our team. We work in churches, schools, corporate, hospitality and more. Interested candidates should have at least some of the following skillsets and abilities –
· 3-5 years Minimum Field Experience
· Able to lift 70+ pounds to shoulder level and beyond
· Electrical experience and/or license
· Audio DSP programming – BSS, Extron, Q-Sys
· Industry Certifications a + like CTS, Extron, Syn-Aud-Con
· 70V and Impedance sound system troubleshooting and install
· Theatrical/Architectural Lighting, DMX Control
· Video, Audio & Data cable termination and testing including soldering
· Rigging and Mounting of TV and Speakers in various new and old work situations
· Valid PA driver’s license with a good driving record
· Able to pass CDL physical
· Able to build and function working at heights of up to 35+ feet on scaffolding
· As needed, able to work evenings and occasional weekends with a general M-F schedule of 8AM-5PM
ESG has a lot of work to get done and we need a motivated installer to help. We will be gathering resumes and evaluating options, scheduling interviews in the upcoming days. Please keep in mind that this is not an entry level position – we need someone with real skills able to hit the ground running. We do not expect the ideal candidate to hit all the needs above but we need a good mix. ESG will fill in the blanks. The company, started as Entertainment Services Group, Inc., was founded in 1989 to service the growing audio, video and lighting needs in the hospitality, business and worship markets in the area. We evolved into ESG Systems LLC as the emphasis on integration, design and installation of audio, video and lighting systems in the corporate and educational markets moved toward the convergence of these technologies.
Expansion came quickly and in 1999 we added additional warehouse space as well as a dedicated retail showroom. ESG Systems LLC offers the largest selection of professional sound, video and lighting products to every level of client from local entertainers to the commercial, business and worship communities who seek out the best pricing and solutions for their needs.

Our location is ideal for servicing our customers all over the Northeast United States and beyond. Routes 78, 22, 309, 100 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike are all within a few miles and the Lehigh Valley International Airport is 20 minutes to the east.
