Immediate Supervisor: Vice President of Operations

General Summary: We are looking for an experienced Audio-Visual (AV) and Lighting Professional to join our team at Lake Nona Town Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our advanced lighting, audio, and control systems. You will have the opportunity to work with technologies such as Q-SYS audio systems, Dante audio transport, DMX, ArtNet, etc.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design and implement a system architecture that fosters ease of use, uptime, and interoperability of systems.
- Develops processes, standards, and procedures for all AVL Systems.
- Manage and maintain lighting, audio, and control systems across the campus.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems.
- Collaborate with team members and external vendors to design and implement AV solutions.
- Oversee setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment for events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend equipment upgrades and enhancements.
- Manage inventory of AV equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Interface with existing network infrastructure by adhering to cybersecurity best practices.
- Work with projection mapping and sound reinforcement for an optimal visitor experience.
- Other duties as necessary
