We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technicianor Body Technician that is familiar with Vintage Cars and Trucks. We are a busy full service Vintage Vehicle Restoration Facility specializing in Volkswagens servicing the community for over 45 years.
Responsibilities:
- Repair brakes, suspension components, remove & install engines / transmissions
- Vehicle disassembly / reassembly
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Ability to diagnose points ignition systems and carburetors
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
- Body work including welding and rust repair
- Paint prep
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic or Body Tech
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to be at work on time every day
We are a full service Automotive Restoration Facility specializing in but not limited to Vintage Volkswagen Cars and Trucks. We also accept custom builds, service and repair modern vehicles and are a licensed dealer offering Used Cars at Wholesale Prices.
