Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for automotive repairs and services
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process customer payments and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Proficiency in using computer systems for invoicing and ordering parts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
