Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering customers warmly over the phone while booking appointments for their vehicle
- Handle incoming phone calls in a polite way and transferring them to our service advisors
- Receipt money
- Maintains safe and clean reception area and comply with Privacy Laws
- Make our customer happy and have them keep coming back
Skills/Qualifications:
Customer Service call center experience, telephone skills, verbal and non verbal skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Excellent Communication Skills, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills
Pay:
Pay starts at $15.15 per hour and builds to $17 per hour after 2 years
