RML Automotive is a premier group with 30 dealerships across 7 states located in some of the best markets in the country. Our highly successful automotive group is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position should have successful automotive Service Management experience with references and a strong desire to succeed.
The position requires leadership qualities with strength in building on the great customer and employee culture we have set in place today.

Qualifications:
multi-year automotive retail Service Management experience.
Strong service financial and business understanding to drive strong revenue, gross and profitability levels.
Great communication and inter-personal skills.
Leadership experience.
Strong experience and desire to work with various industry software and technology.
High school diploma.
Valid driver’s license.
Willing to submit to background and drug screen.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Oversee all services and workspaces in shop.
Delegate and direct service tasks; monitor the progress of all current and pending projects.
Consistently deliver incredible customer service experiences by offering knowledge, advice, and answering questions and concerns.
Act as the highest source of information for all service, inventory, and product-knowledge concerns and work process matters (for both employees and customers).
Communicate and maintain good relations with manufacturing reps and dealers
Monitor employee work and provide frequent progress reports in order to improve employee satisfaction and efficiency.
Follow and abide by all industry standards, regulations, and laws.
Help train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes.
Must have the ability to recruit service technicians, advisors, and other staff as needed.
Stay up to date on industry standards and any new innovations, materials, tools and/or processes that can benefit the company.
Communicate and maintain good training programs for staff to increase and enhance retention.
Manage and maintain WIP based on company guidelines.
Analyze the service business to determine opportunities and action plans for improved performance.
Driving the performance of the dealership through day-to-day, high-level involvement in the operations.
