As an Experienced Automotive Service Manager/Advisor, you will be one of the primary points of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service from start to finish. Your extensive automotive knowledge, computer skills, and friendly disposition will play a vital role in making our customers' experience outstanding. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise and exceptional people skills.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide recommendations for their vehicle's service and maintenance needs.
• Estimates: Accurately assess the required repairs and maintenance, providing clear, detailed estimates to customers.
• Technical Knowledge: Utilize your deep automotive knowledge to explain complex technical issues to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service appointments and communicate with customers to keep them informed throughout the repair process.
• Computer Skills: Utilize computer software and tools to manage service orders, invoices, and customer records.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that repairs are completed correctly, on time, and within budget.
• Customer Satisfaction: Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools for estimating and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable disposition, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license.

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
