Position Overview:
The Service Cashier employee will assist our dealership with filing paperwork and assist every customer with payment and payment-related questions while following all company guidelines and policies.
Must be able to work Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday from 9:30 to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Greet customers before assisting them
- Accurately process all customer payments
- Always extend the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer
- Follow all credit cards and check acceptance policies
- Close all repair orders in a timely fashion
- Assist all associates in providing our customers with an excellent level of service experience
- Notify the Service Manager of any concerns that will hinder or prevent a customer from having a positive service experience
- Accurately account for all service revenues and receipts every day
- Verify that every customer understands the work completed and the charges for service
- Provide prompt and efficient handling of work activities requested by the Service Manager
- File paperwork
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
