Automotive Repair Service Advisor - Bilingual

We're looking for a full-time Automotive Repair Service Advisor to join our team and help our customers keep their cars purring like kittens. This position typically works Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm.

With a competitive pay rate of $50,000 to $65,000 per year, this is a great opportunity to establish yourself in the automotive industry and become an integral part of our team. As our Automotive Repair Service Advisor, you have the crucial role of being the friendly face and true hero to our clients and their vehicles. Whether you're chatting with them in person or on the phone, you listen attentively and use your technical expertise to diagnose the problem and recommend the right services for their needs. You keep the repair process running smoothly by coordinating appointments and sourcing the right parts.

Your attention to detail means our expert technicians have all the information they need to work their magic and get clients back on the road in no time. At the end of the day, seeing happy customers and their roadworthy cars drive away with a grin on their faces is what makes this job truly rewarding!

ARE YOU THE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SERVICE ADVISOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To succeed as our Automotive Repair Service Advisor, you need:

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor at an automotive dealership or service center
• Experience sourcing aftermarket parts
• 21+ years of age
• Driver's license, insurable driving record, and proof of insurance for your personal car
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 lbs
• Although not required, bilingual is a plus
